Warehouse opening times over the Festive period

We will be operating on a limited schedule over the Christmas and New Year period, depending on the item you order.


  • Please note that our clothing is made to order, so it takes more time to produce and send out.
  • Our clothing warehouse will have limited operations between 22nd Dec - 1st Jan.

Non-clothing Items:

  • Our non-clothing warehouse will be closed 24th-26th Dec and on the 1st of January.

Delivery fees

As we operate from two separate warehouses, you may be charged a total of two separate delivery fees if you have a mix of clothing and non-clothing items.

Our fees may also be affected by the weight of your order, but we try to keep our charges as small as possible.

Clothing Items:

  • Royal Mail 48h Tracked Delivery: £2.50

Non-clothing Items:

  • 0g–1800g: £1.65 GBP
  • 1801g–4799g: £3.00 GBP
  • 4800g+: £5.00 GBP

Delivery times

All orders are sent by a Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour service. We despatch from 2 locations, all in the UK.

  • Books, binders, badges, party bags and back issues will usually be despatched from the warehouse the next day.
  • All print on demand items inc. t-shirts, hoodies, caps, beanies, bags and water bottles are produced just for you so it can take up to 10 days for the item to be printed and despatched from our printer.

As soon as your order has been despatched you will be sent a tracking number which can be entered here to track your item. An order including items despatched from multiple locations will arrive in separate deliveries, with separate tracking numbers provided.

Split shipments

Your order might be split into more than one shipment, if you have purchased more than 1 item and:

  • one of the items is on pre-order
  • you have ordered a mix of clothing and non-clothing items

This is because we have two separate warehouses and clothing / pre-order items may take longer to be sent out.

Book pre-orders

For pre-orders, we get our book stock early. This means that if you pre-order a book, it will be sent out in advance, so that you can receive it on the specified publication date.

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee the book's arrival date, as your delivery might be impacted by external factors. Although we will ensure that we send it out far enough in advance, things like local holidays, courier issues or difficulties in reaching your address could delay the delivery.

However, we will do everything within our control to ensure that you receive your book on time.
