Christmas 2024 opening hours

All orders are fulfilled on a RM48 Tracked service, however you will need to allow some extra fulfilment time over the Christmas and NY period. Any orders placed between Saturday 21st December and Sunday 5th January may be affected by closures at our warehouse and made to order partners.

The Phoenix office will be closed for Christmas from Saturday 21st December, reopening on Monday 6th January 2025. Our team will be checking in on customer services during the break, but please allow a little extra time for a response.

When is the Christmas delivery cut off?

We recommend ordering as soon as possible to ensure your order arrives on time for Christmas. Orders placed after the below dates may still arrive in time but please order early to avoid any disappointment.

Made to order items

For any print on demand made to order products, please order by the end of Monday 9th December to allow 10-days for your product to be printed, packed and dispatched. Once dispatched, your item will be delivered on a 48-hour RM Tracked service.

These items include:

  • T-shirts
  • Hoodies and sweatshirts
  • Caps and beanies
  • Rucksacks
  • Mugs and water bottles

Warehoused items

For any products despatched from our warehouse, please order by the end of Monday 16th of December to allow time for picking, packing and dispatch on a 48-hour RM Tracked service.

These items include:

  • Books
  • Back issues
  • Binders
  • Badges
  • Temporary tattoos
  • Party bags
  • Greetings cards and gift wrap

Where is my order?

All orders are sent by a Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour service. We despatch from 2 locations, both in the UK.

Warehoused items

Books, binders, badges, party bags and back issues will usually be despatched from the warehouse the next day.

Made to order items

All print on demand made to order items inc. t-shirts, hoodies, caps, beanies, bags, mugs and water bottles are produced per order so it can take up to 10 days for the item to be printed and despatched from our printer.

As soon as your order has been despatched you will be sent a tracking number which can be entered here to track your item. An order including items despatched from multiple locations will arrive in separate deliveries, with separate tracking numbers provided.

How do I return an item?

To arrange a return, please send an email to phoenixshop@thephoenixcomic.co.uk with details of the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason for return. We will reply with details of where to send your return and a returns code to include.

Why has only part of my order arrived?

Mixed location orders

If your order contains a mixture of warehoused and print on demand made to order products, they will arrive in separate deliveries as they are dispatched from different locations. Warehoused items are usually dispatched the next day, and print on demand made to order items can take up to 10 days to be produced and dispatched.

Pre-orders

If your order contains a pre-order book, all non-pre-order products will be delivered as above, and the pre-order will be dispatched to arrive on or around publication date.

When will my pre-order arrive?

Any pre-order items will be dispatched at least 2 days before publication/release date. We send all orders by a Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour service so this should ensure your order arrives on publication/release date.

Unfortunately, delivery might be impacted by external factors such as local holidays, courier issues or difficulties in reaching your address which means we aren't able to guarantee the delivery date.

However, we will do everything within our control to ensure that you receive your order on time.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we are only able to ship to UK mainland.

What delivery service do you use?

We send all orders by Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked service. Please note, this 48-hour window is for the delivery: any print on demand made to order items will take up to 10 days to fulfil before they are dispatched.
